WE WILL NOT MEET HERE THIS WEEK 12/31/11

(See below for details)

This week  12/31 We will NOT meet at Colorado Community Church. Instead, we will end the year with a community worship gathering at the home of Mary and Clem Hanson.

Rick will share the Word, Jean will serve Communion, and Sharon will lead worship.

We will then have a time of fellowship, food and fun.

We are also hoping to unveil our new website!

Rick and Jean invite you to come join us as we reflect on the year which is almost over and look forward with anticipation to the coming of 2012.  Call 720 323 4674 for more info.

""This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life."

John 3:16 (The Message)

A church focused on Celtic Christianity

Four of the main strands of Celtic Christianity are: Community, Evangelism, Prayer and Worship, and the Poor.

Community -  The 316 community is exactly that, a community of people who know and care about what is going on and what God is doing in each others lives.

Evangelism -  316 seeks to look beyond the 4 walls of the traditional church and reach out with the Love of Christ

Prayer and Worship -  When we gather for worship we lift up and honor our God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Without this everything would simply be a nice idea.

The Poor  -  Reaching out and supporting the poor both inside and outside of the 316 community is accomplished through giving, service projects and living the lives God has asked us to.

Pastors - Dr. Jean Hess  jeanhess@316denver.com & Dr. Rick Hess rickhess@316denver.com

316 is in partnership with

International Christian College  -  Glasgow, Scotland

Cathcart Trinity Church  - Glasgow, Scotland

We invite you to join in the journey of experiencing and sharing in the Love that saved the world.  We look at this Love through the eyes of a people who deeply rooted their practices in the WORD.  We gather weekly for worship, time in the Word and a chance to be in community together.
